About the role
The Project Officer will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of the Department's new audit methodology.
The duties will include:
- establishing processes and tools for the project
- developing and delivering against the project communications plan
- facilitating the day to day coordination of the project
- coordinating and participating in a number of committees responsible for driving and guiding the implementation of the new methodology
- facilitating the sharing of key information across the Department.
To be successful in the role you must have:
- experience working in a fast paced project environment proving coordination and support to facilitate project delivery
- strong understanding and proven application of project management methodologies, systems and practices
- experience in development and implementation of project communications plans
- demonstrated understanding of change management principles and practices
- strong communications skills and ability to liaise across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
